As Warden, Brook Carey also provided training seminars for staff at other California prisons. This is what the Warden of California Rehabilitation Center wrote: “I have heard numerous comments about your presentation (to our staff) and they were all very good. In fact, I sat in for your final session and I enjoyed it very much myself. I felt that the content of your presentation contained very pertinent information that our supervisors should be able to utilize. They seemed to think this also. Incidentally, my training officer informed me that you were singled out as the most dynamic and knowledgeable speaker of all our guest speakers, so congratulations for a job well done.”

A recent presentation to the San Antonio Chapter of the American Marketing Association provided this result: " Brook, I just received the tabulation of attendee survey results, and I'm pleased to tell you that your presentation received the highest rating of any of our programs this year.  Presentation content was rated 5.0 out of a total of 5.0 (average was 4.32 for all other speakers) - incredible!  Speaker Presentation and Overall Value were both rated at 4.89, compared to an average of 4.35 and 4.29 respectively.
